  • The identified candidates through the above phase are screened and assessed with reference to the defined specifications before they are recommended.
  • At the end of the above process SBACG would recommend at least 3-4 candidates who would be ready to meet the client.

 

3. Interview Methodology
  • Facilitate client interview of candidate and feedback from client and candidate.
  • Conduct reference checks.
  • Prepare detailed profiles and evaluation reports on each candidate's strengths and weaknesses.
  • Psychometric Testing

 

4. The Perfect Match
  • Coordinate Finalists Interviews.
  • Assist client in reference checking, negotiations, follow-up with candidate till he/she joins the organization.

 

5. Follow Up
  • Expedite smooth transition for executive.
